5 Steps to get nutrition coaching right

IDENTIFY BAD HABBITS

If your nutrition doesn’t compliment your training it will all be for nothing! I get my clients to write a food diary for 3-5 days, to see which areas we can improve on. 

DEFINE YOUR GOALS

Looking to lose weight or build muscle? The goal you want to achieve has a huge impact on your diet. Make sure you’re eating to get the results you want!

MAKE A PLAN

Once your goals have been defined we can set out the plan for success. How many meals per day, the number of calories, and the optimal time to eat. 

EXECUTE

Crisp addiction diffused, healthy meals cooked, training plan sorted. Now it’s time to execute the plan! It’s as simple as that!

REVIEW

Stay on the right track with weekly weigh-ins (these are optional), as well as touching base during our PT sessions each week. If somethings not working we will sit down together and figure out a solution, adapting the plan where necessary. Rinse and repeat to success!
