Thanks to the wonders of modern technology, my clients can participate in face-to-face sessions with me anywhere in the world, in any space, any time with zero or limited equipment. Using applications like ZOOM, FaceTime, Skype, and Teams, means that your mobile phone, tablet, or laptop are the only gym you will ever need to stay fit and healthy, and achieve your goals.

who is it for?

Online Personal Training will suit most people whose goals involve weight loss, toning, improving functional fitness, and looking to increase flexibility / mobility. Bodyweight and resistance band training is an amazing way to burn calories, build toned (not bulky) muscles, increase your functional strength and develop your cardiovascular fitness. I am constantly looking for new ways to keep my sessions fun and interesting whilst progressing towards your goals.

wILL I BUILD MUSCLE?

Increase Muscle Mass, Strength, and Tone Using Body Weight and Bands Alone

You can absolutely build impressive amounts of muscle mass using just your bodyweight, resistance bands and kettle bells. Especially if you are new to training, or when most of your exercise in the past has been cardio/endurance based, you will notice significant muscle mass, tone, and strength gains. Send me an email and we can discuss the best options for you.

HOW DOES IT WORK?

The first step is to sign up for a free ‘consultation’, these usually last between 20-30 minutes. This is an informal chat over Facetime, Skype, Zoom etc. that gives us a chance to meet face-to-face to see if we will be a suitable fit to work together. 

TIME TO MEET!

During the consultation we will discuss your goals, exercise history (or lack of) and any injuries, past or present, that may affect your ability to exercise safely. We will also set a realistic time frame in which you can expect to achieve success.

Time to Train!

After the consultation, at a mutually convenient time, we will start our online personal training sessions. Although online sessions will typically last 40-50 minutes, slots are booked for up to an hour. This allows us to keep the training intensity high whilst leaving time to discuss any questions you may have, or review any exercises you may be struggling with, after the workout.

How Often Should I Train?

I find 2-3 sessions a week is most beneficial for my clients. This allows me to teach correct exercise technique, gets you into the habit of training regularly, and establishes your routine. My clients train with me anywhere from 1-5 times a week. You will also a training to programme to follow when we aren’t training together. I have a range of packages depending on your budget, level of experience, and how much support you need.

What do i need?

No Equipment? No Problem!

You can start getting fit online with nothing but your own body weight! During our consultation we will discuss which pieces of equipment will be most beneficial and cost effective in order to maximise your results. You’ll be amazed by the results you can achieve with next to no equipment!

As simple as it sounds, we train, make progress, and achieve your goals! As you become more proficient at training, the tougher the online personal training sessions become! By frequently increasing resistance and intensity over time, you will make better progress. We will regularly evaluate your goals and review the training program to make sure we are on the path to success. Rinse and Repeat!
