The best value for money and most effective way to train. As well as live studio/ online 1-2-1 training sessions you get in-depth nutrition coaching, access to over 100 tasty recipes each month and ultimate support with me via video, phone, and email! 

My Silver, Gold and Ultimate packages allow us to train 1-3 times a week. Giving you consistent training and building your routine to achieve your goals. You will be pushed hard in your training sessions, combined with proper nutrition you will see and feel the results in no time.

I also sell session blocks for those wanting wanting to ‘Pay As You Go’. 

 

What is included?

TRAINING

Unlike most online personal training packages where you get minimal contact time with your trainer, every personal training session gives you face-to-face time with me (Up to 1hr). 

This will consist of a 40-50 minute workout, leaving 10-20 minutes to discuss any challenges you’re having, new goals you’d like to achieve, or spend extra time on the that particularly tricky exercise.

We will discuss what equipment you may need.

 

NUTRITION

During you consultation we will discuss your current eating habits and put together a plan of action to achieve your goals. After calculating your BMR and TDEE we can make sure you are fuelling your body with the correct number and type of calories.

You will also get access to over 100+ Tasty Healthy Recipes to enjoy each month.*

SUPPORT

In addition to our time together during sessions  you gain access to my Video*, Phone*,Text and Email support. That way if you have any questions relating to your training programme you can contact me anytime. 

You will also receive a unique training plan to follow when you aren’t working out me with me. This gets updated as often as we need to keep you progressing!

Buying session blocks is a great way to experience online training as and when you need it. When you buy 5 or more sessions you will get a personalised training programme to follow, nutritional advice (BMR, Macros, Correct Eating Habits), plus text and email support. No contract!

FAQ's

WHAT HAPPENS IF I DON'T USE ALL OF MY SESSIONS UP EACH MONTH?

One of the main benefits of choosing a subscription package is that it gives your training consistency. So if you sign up for the silver package you should be doing 2 sessions per week to get the maximum benefit. Currently I allow 1 session to roll over to the next month and the remainder gets lost. If you are worried you may not use them all go for a smaller package and buy extra session blocks to use when you want.

WHAT IF I GET AN INJURY AND AM UNABLE TO TRAIN?

Hopefully this will never be the case. But if you are unable to train due to injury or other unexpected life events, family loss etc… we can either freeze your subscription until you are able to return to training (max 3 months), or you can get a refund (for the amount paid minus the number of sessions you have received x £40). 

Refund example: If you are on a Silver Package and have performed 3 training sessions you would be refunded £20 = (£120 – (3 x £40 sessions performed) 

I HAVE A GYM MEMBERSHIP CAN YOU TRAIN ME WHILE I AM THERE?

The short answer is ‘No‘. Many gyms would not allow this and also it would be annoying for people around you if you are talking on the phone. We can focus on exercises while you are at home that you can use in the gym on your own. Most of my clients do all of their training with me at home, in the office, or on holiday with their own equipment. We can discuss options during our consultation.

WHATS THE BEST DEVICE TO USE FOR OUR SESSIONS?

Any device that has a screen, a front facing camera (or webcam), is perfect. When my clients are away for business they may only have their phone or laptop, whilst at home you can put me on your big screen TV with a webcam. As long as you can see me and I can see you any device will do! 

Top tip: Try and get a wide angle lens attachment for your smart phone/ tablet that way I can see you more of you!

I DON'T HAVE MUCH SPACE, IS THIS A PROBLEM?

Not at all, the great thing about online training is that you don’t need much equipment or space. As long as you can lie down and stretch your arms and legs out to the side without hitting anything you are good to go!
